Henry
Henry's dream of BFT Wangaratta is a reality. Passionate about fitness's physical and mental benefits, he strives to create an inclusive gym environment. A highly technical coach, Henry loves fine-tuning movements and adapting exercises for all members. This Essex native, now a Wangaratta local, enjoys dad jokes, dancing, and sweating it out with his community.
Sheree
Sheree brings infectious energy and a smile to every workout. With a background in tennis and gymnastics, she discovered her passion for fitness after having children. Sheree champions training for longevity and believes everyone can benefit from strength training, regardless of age. She's especially passionate about supporting parents and offers supervised kid-friendly sessions.
